Congratulations to the boys and girls cross country teams, who competed last night at Center Park. The boys team defeated Victor and Webster, and were led by Pearson Bracken and Luck Buckpitt who finished second and third overall. The girls team fought hard, but lost to the teams by just a few points. They were led by Elsie Bender, who finished third overall.

Did you run Girls on the Run in elementary school? Well, the middle school version, Heart & Sole is starting next week. Flyers with information about how to register are available outside room 510. Our first session will be next Tuesday.

Intramurals begins Monday September 22nd. Intramurals meets on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays right after school and ends at 3:35. You may arrange for a ride home or take the late bus. The month of September we will be playing soccer. The month of October we will begin flag football. Bring your permission slip to your PE teacher.
